1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kk89 platform, including all betting, casino gaming, account, payment, and promotional services offered at kk89.cam. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kk89. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing kk89, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kk89 platform.

kk89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of kk89 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on kk89, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited and any duplicate accounts found will be closed. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kk89 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify kk89 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kk89 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank cards (Visa and Mastercard issued by Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). The following financial terms apply to all accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. kk89 does not charge any fees on deposits. Processing times are subject to payment provider availability.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kk89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.
• kk89 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued identity document and confirmation of the payment method used.
• Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider. kk89 is not liable for such external charges.
• Funds deposited to kk89 must be used for the purpose of gameplay. Depositing funds with the sole intention of withdrawing them without adequate gameplay may result in account review and possible forfeiture of any bonus attached to such transactions.

All financial transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. kk89 does not store full payment card details on its servers. Transaction records are maintained securely and are accessible to verified account holders via the account dashboard.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on kk89, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, and crash games:

• All bets placed on kk89 are final once confirmed. kk89 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error on the part of kk89 can be demonstrated to have affected the outcome.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Market movements after bet confirmation do not affect confirmed bets. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and the odds accepted at the moment of bet placement are final.
• The use of automated betting bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the kk89 platform without human input is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all winnings generated through such means will be voided.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any coordinated action intended to gain an unfair advantage over kk89 or other players is prohibited. kk89 uses fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is detected.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by our game providers. kk89 does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault, the round in question will be voided and stakes returned to the player.

kk89 offers cricket betting markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major cricket competitions. Markets may be suspended or voided where a match is abandoned, postponed, or affected by exceptional circumstances outside the control of either team. In such cases the applicable market rules stated at the time of market opening will govern settlement.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kk89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for such action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to defraud kk89 or other players.
• Any activity that kk89 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 21, or by a person who has been self-excluded or excluded by kk89 from the platform.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any attempt to reverse a deposit after gameplay has occurred using the deposited funds.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk89 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the kk89 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

kk89 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. kk89 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance where practicable.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kk89 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Where a change is material, kk89 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of kk89 after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
